Why would I get a new home inspected?I could write a whole book on this one but we'll keep it short and sweet. New Construction, especially in rapidly growing areas, is full of inexperienced contractors. There is no other choice as demand for sub-contractors grows (framers, roofers, plumbers, etc.), they have to hire and train new employees.
